Ricky Holland Vanished

I am feeling so sad right now I am having a hard time writing this entry. Of course I have to say that the Holland’s are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. It does not look good for them right now, but most importantly it does not look good for Ricky. I hope the autopsy that is being conducted at this time is done quickly so that we all know if Ricky has been found.

Some of the stories I have read in the past hour have indicated that Tim and Lisa Holland have separate attorneys. Lisa Holland’s attorney made the comment that Tim had made some statements about Lisa that were out of spite so to speak. Tim Holland’s attorney is expected to release a statement sometime this evening.

I never wanted Tim and Lisa Holland to be guilty of the crime of murdering their adoptive son but so many things from the beginning of the story of Ricky’s disappearance did not ring true, at least to me. I wanted Ricky to have a voice and if he were still out there alive his name in some public place to remind people he was still missing but never forgotten. That is why I set up this blog, his website and the forum.

If Ricky is dead my thoughts and prayers go out to his biological parents. Ricky Gann and Casey Gleason. I don’t know what it is like to lose a child to circumstances such as this. I do know what it is like to lose permanent custody of your children and then have to stand by and see your children given to people who are supposed to be better parents than you treat them in ways would never have treated them.

Thank you to the person leaving the comment about Tim and Lisa Holland just being arrested in connection with the disappearance of their adoptive son Ricky. A body has been found and an autopsy is being conducted to determine if it is the body of Ricky Holland.

Today, according to the Lansing State Journal, Lisa Holland was arraigned on one felony charge of assault with a dangerous weapon and one misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. She entered a plea of not guilty to the charges. The person filing the complaint against her is Tim Holland, her husband.
