Lisa Holland to Stand Trial on September 11, 2006

The Lansing State Journal reported today that Circuit Judge Paula Manderfield today ruled Lisa Holland will still stand trial for the murder of her adopted son, Ricky Holland, on September 11, 2006. This means that jury selection will begin on that date.
Circuit Judge Paula Manderfield set Tim Holland’s trial date for January 22, 2007. She also set bond for both defendants at $1 million.
I was hoping to see Tim and Lisa Holland tried together. Maybe this decision is a good thing, I don’t know.

Is anyone planning on going to the trial on September 11 to help bring justice for Ricky. I know I am going for sure, I would be happy to meet any of you at the court house.

I have found out That the Offense that Matthew Caswell has been Accused of is true.. I have a reliable source who knows the lil girl.. it happened and Now I am Really upset For Sticking Up for him … he had me completly fooled.

Unless Casey leaves him, her chances of keeping her new baby may be very slim. It sounds like she really needs some direction and help. I would think a lawyer could help make sure her kids are placed in a good home, and not with the Hollands family.
I really would like to see the government give her the same help they gave the Hollands.
